Interviews are hard. But they’re also an essential part of building any career in the public eye.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had numerous opportunities to be both the interviewer and the interviewee and have come away with some major insights. This segment of the course will review basic questions asked by many editors and journalists and how to construct answers to them. I’ll also talk about how to address your audience according to the kind of outlet that is covering you. Remember: Keeping your answers focused and to the point is the best way to respond to any interview question. So, my suggestion is while you’re going through this module to jot down any ideas that come to you for responses, review and separate the wheat from the chaff, and then synthesize everything into a coherent response that you can remember. g-xo
